between 10am - 12:00pm.

4Cats Arts Studio kindly partnered with us, and hosted workshops for local children and families at participating locations on Sunday, January 31st 2010. The workshops were a huge success and attracted families from across Vancouver, who came in especially to make a Wishflag.
